Which devices does Daypace run on?
iPhone and iPad on iOS 26 and iPadOS 26 or later. Loud alarms use the system alarm feature that arrived with iOS 26.
Do alarms ring in Silent mode or a Focus?
Yes, when you allow alarms in the first-run prompt or in Settings. Without that permission Daypace falls back to a normal notification, and the ledger shows which one was used.
What is the alarm ledger?
A list of every alarm Daypace scheduled, with what happened to it: fired, dismissed, snoozed, canceled or missed. Open it from Browse or from Settings.
Where are my to-dos stored?
On your device. Daypace has no account and no server of ours holds your list. Deleting the app deletes its data on that device.
Can I sync between my iPhone and iPad?
Not yet. iCloud sync through your Apple account is planned, and it will be off by default.
How do I restore a purchase on a new device?
Open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases. Purchases are tied to your Apple Account.
What does typing understand?
Dates and times (tomorrow 3pm, next friday, 25 sep), deadlines (by friday), repeats (every month, every mon and wed), reminders (30 min before, the day before at 7pm), tags (#errand), priority (!!), flags, and waiting on someone. Chips show what was understood before you save.
